The most important thing first

Your data never reaches us. Senti Trust anchors and verifies SHA-256 fingerprints (hashes) of your records. A hash cannot be reversed into the data it came from. Your weighbridge tickets, reports, and documents stay inside your organization — we only ever see, store, and anchor the fingerprint. When you verify a file in this portal, it is hashed inside your own browser and is never uploaded.

What we do store

• Organization details — name, contact email, and role, provided during vetted onboarding.
• Account details — your email and a salted hash of your password. We cannot read your password.
• Credentials — your API key, and a salted hash of your API secret. We cannot read your secret; if lost, it can only be replaced.
• Anchor records — the hash you submitted, your own reference id, a payload type label, and ledger metadata (block number, transaction id, timestamp).
• Activity logs — sign-ins, credential changes, and verifications, kept for security and audit purposes.

The ledger is permanent

Anchored fingerprints are written to a Hyperledger Fabric ledger whose purpose is immutability — they cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including us. This permanence is the product. Because a fingerprint reveals nothing about the underlying record, this does not expose your data.

Cookies

The portal sets one strictly-necessary session cookie when you sign in. No analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information. Verification results show the anchoring organization's name, block number, and timestamp to other authenticated platform participants — that visibility is the service.
